3 big potatoes
1 litre water
3 tablespoons of pearl barley
1 tablespoon of butter
1 can (2 dl.) of sour cream
1 tablespoon of flour
salt, ground pepper
-Chop the onion into little pieces, put it into a saucepan with the butter and simmer it until it gets brown.
-Put the pearl barley, chopped potatoes and all the vegetables into the saucepan.
-Mix them and put the flour in.
-Pour the water into the saucepan and cook until the pearl barley gets soft.
-Slowly pour the sour cream in and serve it hot.
